  • Adopt a process of continuous improvement by assessing services and eliminating systemic barriers to the delivery of superior customer service.

Strategic Initiatives

1.3a Empower customers by increasing self-service options working in tandem with the E-Government Steering Committee.

1.3b Adopt a continuous improvement strategy. Identify mission-critical services, document customer interactions and workflows, and analyse and restructure processes to make them more streamlined, effective and customer-friendly.
