Promote Public Service Values, Supportive Work Environments And Employee Well-Being

This is important because it allows us to:

  • Increase visibility, awareness, understanding and adherence to public service values.
  • Promote leadership and followership principles, where appropriate to achieve inter-agency strategies or cross functional objectives.
  • Encourage a healthy, productive workforce.

Strategic Initiatives

2.2a Launch internal campaigns and mandatory sensitisation training promoting the Core Values underpinning the Vision to be a World-Class Civil Service.

2.2b Sensitiss civil servants on followership principles to enhance internal collaborations.

2.2c Enhance existing wellness programmes and initiatives.

2.2d Conduct annual employee engagement survey and adopt strategies to optimise engagement.
